Activities were abundant, and the friendly staff, especially Jennifer, enhanced the experience. However, the internet connection was inconsistent, and the evening entertainment started later than preferred.

The food was a delightful journey of flavors, especially the lobster supper! Shoutout to the staff, particularly Hiandra and Elianna, who made dining experiences extra special. Plus, the picturesque views and clean beach made every meal feel like a feast!

However, while the buffet had its moments, the food could be repetitive, and the lack of daytime activities made things a tad slow.

This resort is a hidden gem! The ocean-facing room had breathtaking views, and oh, that clean beach was paradise! Emma in butler services was an absolute delight, making our stay truly special.

While the beach within the hotel is lovely, if you're looking to explore diverse attractions like Cayo Levantado and Cayo Arena, a rental car would definitely be handy to make the most of your stay.
